All submissions have to be submitted through the form on this page.
All the required information have to be provided in order for the process to begin, including a signed release form.

Your submission will be reviewed and considered carefully by XEEBIT's curators. If the curators belive one or more of your submitted artworks will be a good addition to XEEBIT's exhibitions you will receive an acceptance email.

All submissions will be reviewed and you will be notified about our decision as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. 

The submitter must be the copyright holder of the images and submit a signed Artist Release Form. If you are not the copyright holder you must provide a signed Artist Release Form from the copyright holder with current contact details. If we are not able to reach the copyright holder for confirmation we will not process your submission. Download Artist Release Form

In case your artwork contains any nudity or erotic expressions, the person(s) depicted have to be 18+ years old at the time of the creation and you must have signed release form(s) by all individuals in your artwork.

You can submit as many images as you want, but we strongly advise only to submit your best work.
All images must be final retouched images with no logos or watermarks.

Please include the story behind your artwork. What inspired you and what was your creation process from thoughts to the final work.

Our visitors are interested in learning about you as an artists, your background and what drives your passion to create art. 

Please submit no less than 500 words about your as an artist. Your artsist story will be published on your personal artist story page along with links to your published artwork on Xeebit, relevant press publications, website and social media. 

It would be great if you can include a picture of your self as well. Please provide written content in English.

The submitted file format has to be JPG format, 300 dpi and sRGB color profile

We accept artwork in all form and sizes; vertical, horisontal and square. However, in order to display your art best possible online or in any of our print publications, please submit your artwork in the minimun sizes below. 

Vertical: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
Horizontal: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)

The curators select which of your artworks they find is a good addition to our online exhibitions and/or for any of our published media, online or print.

Please provide a link to a cloud storage service where we can download the images. If your storage is password protected please provide login details.

Please DO NOT send us any images by email unless requested to do so.

It's important for us to credit where credit is due. Please be sure to provide full name of everyone you would like to credit as part of the creation of your artworks.
